Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatment

Its only happened a few times. But I get a weird feeling in my eyes. I need to consume a lot of probiotics it seems, because my h pylori stomach pains seem to continue to come back every so often.

I recently have been prescribed antibiotics for acne and was wondering if taking probiotics now would be pointless because the antibiotics will kill all the bacteria.I know I need this good bacteria, but should I wait and save my money for after I’m off the antibiotics?
