My friend gives her children 7 and 9 vitamin supplements( all vitamins) and probiotics for the past 2 years. She feeds them healthy and well, but they are overweight. I was just wondering if by doing that (giving them extra supplements since they are well fed)it can cause them to be overweight. Thank you.

Are they really worth it?? I would like to totally detox myself…but Im not sure about some of these newer products. Any help? Thanks a lot!!!
