Question by ross: Is it safe for me to take vitamins with all the foods I’m eating? Is this too much together?
I’m drinking alfalfa,carrot, lettuce juice, 2x a day, about six to eight carrots a day, 2-3 cups of alfalfa, 2-3 cups of lettuce blended. Apple cider vinager 2 teaspoons 2x a day, biotin-5,000 mg, 1/2 of multivitamin, 25mg of multi b-vitamins, fish oil, dha, probiotics,lechithin. I eat a well balanced diet most days a week and drink that juice most days.

whats your protien source and a multivit is really not something to worry about taking

I take a multi vitamin , saw palmetto, boitin, vitamin-c ,& b-vitamins, fish oil in the morning with apple cider vinager. In the evening I take saw palmetto, Grape seed extract, stinging nettle, & fish oils

My friend gives her children 7 and 9 vitamin supplements( all vitamins) and probiotics for the past 2 years. She feeds them healthy and well, but they are overweight. I was just wondering if by doing that (giving them extra supplements since they are well fed)it can cause them to be overweight. Thank you.

I see so many different vitamins and supplements ( garlic, probiotics, cinnamon, DHEA, cocunut oil, etc) out there….I’m just wondering if I could get some suggestions on what would be good to take in addition to my multivitamin, please explain the benefits of any you list…Thanks

I saw a daily mutli-vitamin that contained a probiotic in it.
I can’t remeber the name though, does anyone know of a good vitamin that has probiotics in it?
and a good childrens vitamin too?
