Probiotics– Too much of a good thing?

Recently we switched my daughter to Happybellies oatmeal cereal, which is enriched with probiotics and DHA. We only switched her because she seemed to like the taste better. It’s been a couple of weeks, and she started day care again last Monday. She has been on a bottle strike for months, and the daycare was having trouble getting her to eat. They started mixing 3-4 tablespoons of cereal in with her milk EVERY FEEDING. My little girl was getting 3 tbsp cereal mixed with 2 oz of breast milk twice a day.
On Tuesday, my little girl vomited during a feeding in which I was introducing carrots. I stopped the carrot introduction thinking it was that. The next day, she vomited again at daycare. I thought she was just sick and she acted normal again that evening. Yesterday, she vomited so much at daycare that they said it looked like an adult had done it. I took her to the ER (on the advice of my pediatrician), and the doc said he wasn’t sure what was causing it and just to be sure to keep her hydrated. Do you think it could be too much of the probiotic cereal? There have been lots of changes to her schedule this week (daycare, not being able to breastfeed during the day, Daddy just deployed to Afghanistan, ect).

Probably not the probiotics, but the other stresses in her life. How old is she?
