I think I am detoxing (started taking probiotics and oil pulling)

Hello, I was wondering if probiotics are healthy and something a 16 year old should take? Is there anything bad that could happen in the present or future after taking the Super Shield capsule which contains a minimum 7.25 billion CFUs . Should I take them to help my digestive disorder instead of the recommended prilosec?
The probiotic we are considering her to take is called super shield from blue rock holistics.
