Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatment

I have noticed that I have been bloated the past week and it has been harder to have a bowel movement. Will this ease up in time by taking these or is this going to be the side effect. I am taking the Vitamin Shoppe Ultimate “10″ Probiotic . Please help and only serious responses. Thanks for advice..

So i just started taking a probiotic about five days ago…
The on i am taking is called Align and contains the bifantis strain…
I started using align because i got off track of my sleeping schedule plus stress and i was going ot the bathroom too much. But now i feel bloated and gassy… and i am also only going to the bathroom in the morning at 9 am 2 times…
is that normal for the start of a probiotic?
