Any dairy-free FOOD sources of probiotics/acidophillus etc?

I’ve just cut dairy out of my diet because it was triggering my asthma, but I want to make sure I’m getting enough of the good stuff usually found in yogurt. I’m already taking heaps of pills (pharma and herbals/vitamins) for other health problems, so I’m don’t want another to worry about. Also, the dairy-free probiotic pills and formulas here (Australia) are super expensive. Also, I like some soy yogurt, but it’s way outside my budget.
I heard miso, kim chi and sauerkraut are good natural sources. I love all three, but are they really a good natural substitute for yogurt? Also, I’m concerned about the high sodium levels, especially in miso, as I take Lithium.
Anything else I’ve missed?

There is a company called Nogurt which is like yogurt but dairy free and Good Belly Organic Probiotic Drinks. I haven’t personally tried them but I know they’re out there.
Maybe this can help:
