Question by Duran D: How can I replenish my gut flora?
A heavy round of antibiotics ruined my stomach, so I took probiotics pills. They made me feel great, completely resolved the symptoms!
But now, when I stop taking them, I feel bad again. I read that they are NOT permanent, and don’t live in your gut. So, how can I restore the natural good bacteria which lives in the gut?

Acidophilus is a “weak and fragile” bacteria … Try Geneflora – it doesn’t have to be refrigerated and not because man chemically altered it. It is a natural supplement.

I recently have been prescribed antibiotics for acne and was wondering if taking probiotics now would be pointless because the antibiotics will kill all the bacteria.I know I need this good bacteria, but should I wait and save my money for after I’m off the antibiotics?
