Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatment

I have tried all the meds docs have prescribed,including Zelnorm.Nothing works.Though a cure would be nice,I’m just looking for something to relieve the pain and discomfort,at least enough to let me have somewhat of a normal life.My type of IBS is with constipation,not diarrhea.

I have a preschooler and she is always getting sick from her classmates. I have been sick 4 times in the last 6 months. Do any herbal remedies actually work? I’m thinking either emergen-C or probiotics. I need something to boost my immunity. I already eat healthy, work out regularly and get plenty of sleep.

Are there any good home remedies for Irritable Bowel Syndrome? What about RX meds? Thanx

Also, what probiotics are recommended for the same condition?

I saw a program with a checklist for systemic yeast infection. I answered “yes” to nearly every question! I already know about yogurt and probiotics. What other things I should be incorporating?
