Question by D_M: Besides eating healthy, I am taking One A Day, 1000 IU D3, Omega 3 and probiotics capsules. Too much or fine?
I am a 30 year old women with no health problems. I am just trying to be as healthy as I can. I searched and find out that Vitamin D3 is important, so I added this to my daily Women’s multivitamin (since its not adequate) Then I added probiotics and Omega 3 pills because they are good for you. But I started to wonder, am I overdoing it? Is it possible to harm my body with too much supplements? Or is it fine as long as they are diverse?
Thanks!

Take the Vitamin D every other day. The rest is fine.

most foods are not probiotics. People usually do not want to live organisms in food, and usually a bad idea. All foods have enzymes, but most are inactivated by cooking. Enzymes are proteins, the cells can function, each cell and each food is (or was at one time) of cells. You can find information about the content of proteins, enzymes and not – for food, this is a protein that we use, regardless of their initial Funktion.Omega-3 fatty acids: http://www. americanheart.org / presenter.jhtml? id = 4632http: / / www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/questions/omega-3/index.htmlBallaststoffe:http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/fiber/nu00033http: / / www.hsph.harvard. edu / nutrition Source / what-you-can-eat / fiber-full story / Send your answer to this question below!

Absolutely! The Omega 3s help baby’s brain development and the probiotics really help keep your digestion on track, something that can sometimes be a big challenge during pregnancy.
