Natural ways to calm anxiety?

I deal with Generalized Anxiety (I’ve had it since I was a child)
And the symptoms get so bad sometimes.
I will add I also suffer from IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) and it goes hand in hand with anxiety.
My axiety symptoms are always the same: Feel like my heart is racing and wanting to beat out of my chest, headache, shortness of breath, pain in the shoulders and arms (specifically left side), head ache, basically a panic feeling.
And it can get bad.
I don’t want to rely on medicine (infact I’ve been med free for over 2 years) but from time to time I do have a panic episode
I was just wondering what some Natural Ways to control anxiety symptoms were.
Everything from breathing to teas and anything.
Also if you have a source with some info that would be great thanks
I wanted to add I’ve been under quite a bit of stress and my husbands job is requiring him to travel so I worry all the time over that
