Question by R: How come I have so much gas?
Its getting to the point in where I think I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It sometimes sounds like gas is bubbling in my intestines. The gas doesnt come untill like mid/late afternoon and stays untill i go to bed. And It comes to the point where i can pas gas like every minute if i want to, but sometimes i cant (because of the situation), this makes my stomach huge and the noises occur. And when I do have to release gas my farts are long. I have tryed taking Gas-X and that doesnt help, so i know its not a swalloing air problem. My diet usually consists of Oatmeal in the morning, Toasted PBJ and Pretzels for lunch, granola bar, and like Pizza for dinner. Do you have any suggestions? Please help!

I suggest taking Beano before you go to eat something in the afternoon. And see what happens. If it still happens, I suggest talking to your doctor about this.

Question by ross: Is it safe for me to take vitamins with all the foods I’m eating? Is this too much together?
I’m drinking alfalfa,carrot, lettuce juice, 2x a day, about six to eight carrots a day, 2-3 cups of alfalfa, 2-3 cups of lettuce blended. Apple cider vinager 2 teaspoons 2x a day, biotin-5,000 mg, 1/2 of multivitamin, 25mg of multi b-vitamins, fish oil, dha, probiotics,lechithin. I eat a well balanced diet most days a week and drink that juice most days.

whats your protien source and a multivit is really not something to worry about taking

ive been just diagnosed with ibs (irritable bowel syndrome) and im going on a vegan diet for 6 weeks

today i skipped breakfast
had lunch at 4 – latte plus homemade organic carrot and corriander soup and a slice of homemade brown bread.
skipped dinner

drank a litre of water and shared a litre of diet blue bolt

you need to gain weight not lose it…you are severely underweight.

Question by Jalana: How much for a nutrionist?
I have been recently been diagnosis with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and I have to changed my diet to have higher fiber. I am having trouble finding a diet to go off of or stick to a diet. How much is it for a nutritionist?

Question by D_M: Besides eating healthy, I am taking One A Day, 1000 IU D3, Omega 3 and probiotics capsules. Too much or fine?
I am a 30 year old women with no health problems. I am just trying to be as healthy as I can. I searched and find out that Vitamin D3 is important, so I added this to my daily Women’s multivitamin (since its not adequate) Then I added probiotics and Omega 3 pills because they are good for you. But I started to wonder, am I overdoing it? Is it possible to harm my body with too much supplements? Or is it fine as long as they are diverse?

Take the Vitamin D every other day. The rest is fine.
