Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatment

Question by Pankajpreet Singh: Is there a cure for Irritable Bowel Syndrome in Homeopathy, which medicine is good?
I am suffering from IBS for over 6 months now, since it’s being diagnosed. Currently I am taking allopathic medicine Itopride HCL…however I now want to switch to Homeopathic considering it seems to be a long time cure plus I feel English medicine would not have a permanent cure anyways. Is there any good HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINE, that I can try without consulting a doctor. My symptoms are
1. Bloating
2.Constipation
3.Anxiety
4.Breathlessness (not sure this would be a part of IBS).

Beware – the idiots will soon be here. But in the meantime, I am sure you are aware that homeopathy doesn’t have a general cure for any symptom(s), as it considers you as an individual. Also, IBS is a fairly meaningless label (typical in allopathic circles). You could look up Arsenicum album as it seems to include the few symptoms you have mentioned, including respiratory problems, but for a fairly comprehensive remedy finder you could also try looking up:-

it occurs in 6 months or in year & remains for long time……. i have no pain or cramping…. only passing watery stool…….. condition is getting worse plz help me…….

If I stay on Metamucil for roughage I’m O.K. or something like that. If I go off it, within a few weeks I’ve got problems.

I stay away from to much gravies, barbeque’s, pork, to much fats and spices. you have to watch your diet. See a doctor and get a diet.
