Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatment

Question by T: Would you shop at an herbal mart that didn’t refrigerate a probiotics that should be?
Some were refrigerated, but the brand I bought wasn’t. Previously when I purchased that brand at another store, they were refrigerated. They said I could return them, but would you consider the rest of their products questionable, i.e. temperature in the store at night and stuff?
I called Renew Life’s customer service line and they said they are supposed to be refrigerated, but maybe the store sells them so quickly that they aren’t on the shelf long.
It’s not a true herbal mart with glass jars They have a lot of vitamins, supplements and prepackaged herbs and powders. The store is mostly windows facing west in Dallas where it’s 100+ degrees right now. The store was a comfortable temp, but they had the door propped open. Maybe I’m being a snob, but it wasn’t anything fancy at all, just a mom and pop store.
