I used to take lactate pills to be able to consume dairy, but my body doesn’t react that bad to it anymore so I don’t need to.
I am however Celiac and the smallest amount of gluten, even cross contamination, will really mess up my digestion.
Will they ever make a enzyme, herbal supplement, or drug that will counter this action?
Gluten Free shopping is really expensive and at least once a week I accidentally consume something that was cross contaminated.
Probiotics, anything like that help out at all?

I am on the elimination diet, but that could take months to figure out what’s causing the problem. I’ve heard of teas, digestive enzymes, probiotics, magnisium, does any of that work?
