Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatment

Question by Angel: Hope your not eating lunch!!! Has or is anyone suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome???
If you are or have could you please advise what the systoms are and what are the cures, thanks. I think I may have this but have to go for some tests first.

this complaint is terrible. Get a book or read in health in the network can be controlled main meal. Good luck. It is not life threatening.
