Answer by Kill Heidi is NOT a choice
It is terrible! I have every part of it. It ruins my school life & my social life. I have been having it since puberty. I can’t even do much sports.

I’m a little skeptical about taking them. The majority of us already have all the good bacteria in our gastrointestinal tract that we really need, so there’s no reason to have to supplement that. Now, if you’re taking antibiotics, than that’s a different story. Antibiotics can kill off our good bacteria as well as the bad, so probiotics (yogurt’s often recommended) are a good thing during antibiotic therapy.

I just want to know how to get my immune system strong again after I finished a course of antibiotics. By the way, I am also taking probiotics with the antibiotics I am on. So, how do you strengthen the immune system after you are done with a short-term course of antibiotics?

Can you take probiotics AND birth control together? Will that mess the birth control up? Just wondering. Thanks

Acidophilus would be best until 8 months or so, and then plain yogurt. YoBaby’s fruit yogurts contain added sugars on top of natural milk sugars, so they aren’t the best choice for an infant, despite the name. Yeast thrives on sugar, so any extra isn’t smart! They do make a plain version with no added sugar, but for a much better price you can get a larger container of plain whole milk yogurt.
