Question by : Feeling as though I’m getting full quicker, nausea after meals, constipation. What could it be?
I’m 17, and a male. I usually feel sick in the morning, mainly after or during breakfast, and it usually goes away a while before lunch around 12:30. Also, lately, I’ve been feeling full more easily than usual after a meal, and sometimes I feel a little sick too, but I don’t throw up. A few days ago I did end up throwing up, but it was after working hard all day and I think I just may have been dehydrated, or food poisoning from a burger I had eaten 5-6 hours earlier. I’m very unsure and really would appreciate some help with this. Also I have been a little constipated now and then too. My BM seems to be a little more irregular than usual. Sometimes a little more than normal, usually not less. Could it be stress? Irritable Bowel Syndrome? I don’t know, and I’m worried what it could be. Please help! Also: My one uncle has chrome’s disease too, but I don’t know if that means somehow it could be hereditary and I got it too or something. As you can tell I have a lot of symptoms, but no answers for what the source is.
First off, thanks to everyone for responding so quickly.
To Barcode:
I almost never eat fast food, I was returning from a camp I visited to work at and on my way home stopped at a restaurant for a quick lunch.
I don’t smoke, drink, or do drugs, although I used to more than over a year ago now, but I have completely stopped doing all of those things.
I do try to eat healthy every day and I lift weights every day (chest and back (day one), arms and abs (day two)), play tennis almost every other, and run occasionally.
As for water, I’ve been trying to drink more, but still find myself lacking some days.
And I could use more fruits, but get a decent amount of vegetables.
I do use computer occasionally, for school work mostly, but video games are fairly rare occasion for me.
I get 8 or more hours of sleep almost every night. Stress may be a problem though.
To Pacey:
Thanks, I’ll try and get it checked out.
To Eddie:
Thanks, I’ll ask my Doctor and google Chron’s Disease.
Once again,

Answer by Barcode You’re stuffing your face with too much junk food, fast food garbage & sugary sweet sodas.
No smoking – no beer/ale – no booze – no drugs.
Eat healthy, get plenty of fresh air, sunshine & exercise, exercise, exercise.
Drink LOTS OF WATER to help keep the traffic moving.
Snack on plenty of RAW fruit & veggies to put fiber into your system.
Get off the computer & stop playing video games & get moving.
Get 8 hours sleep each nite. Avoid stress.

Question by Question Queen Mentally Special!: Is it the worst feeling in the world to be pregnant & “sick”?
I’m 24, & I suffer Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I’ve never been pregnant before. Does pregnancy feel that discomforting-like IBS? I feel like I’m gonna DIE when those symptoms creep up on me! Have you ever suffered IBS while being pregnant? What was it like? I’m so afraid.
Best answer:
Answer by *Secrets* *Of* *Truth* 08 No, anytime you feel its the worst thing ever think of being hit by a car and having a limb severed, or getting shot, or falling 3 stories off a balcony, or being set on fire and going through the skin graphs….things like that. Pregnancy/labor/delivery are NOT the worst things that you could feel IBS or not. There are far worse things that could happen lol. Sorry for the graphic picture.

Question by Gage: Feeling of Incomplete Evacuation (Bowel Movements)?
For a long time I’ve always had bowel movements that end in a lot of wiping, and the feeling that even though I’ve wiped clean, there’s still a lot that hasn’t come out yet.
So I’ll start with bowel movement schedules. I don’t take note of every time I make a bowel movement, so I’m going off of guessing here. I would say maybe 3-ish times a week, and most of the time I hold it in for maybe 10+ minutes (Which is a bad thing) but sometimes I just go when I feel the need to.
Lots of times I get the feeling that after I’m done, there’s still some left inside. I’ve googled it and it’s a symptom of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or IBS. However, this is the only symptom that I can relate to having. I don’t have cramps, I don’t have diarrhea, no bloating, etc. But I’ve always had this feeling for as long as I can remember. And everytime I think of it, I get the ‘unclean’ feeling.
But onwards!
I’ve looked it up, and apparently most people aren’t supposed to have any stool left inside of their rectum or anything if they have normal bowel movements. I got curious and decided to check while showering. Surprised to see that there was some stool on my finger. And this was a while after a bowel movement, so I don’t even know how long that’s been there. It got me worried that maybe I’m not “evacuating” myself fully, and maybe that’s some kind of serious problem.
So my question is, do I have IBS? Or can this easily be solved with just having a healthier diet and using the restroom always when you feel the need to? Or has this just been totally normal?

Answer by Muff Cabbage maybe you should give yourself an enema or something, you probably have like 10 lbs of undigested red meat up in your scrack.

I’m having normal bowel movements like not loose or hard. BUT Im experiencing increased bowel movements like 4 times a day but less shit then usual and pain in the lower intestines and back every time I need to take a shit.
WTH is this its driving me mad and its painful because I feel pain and then I have to go to the bathroom.

Answer by SIMON Any change in bowel movements like you suggest should be checked out by the doctor to be on the safe side – better safe than sorry.
I have found though that over the Christmas period I have been eating all sorts of stuff that I don’t usually eat and my guts are protesting now to say the least!
You could see if this problem continues after a few days of eating what your body is more used to. If it settles down then things are probably OK. If they don’t go and see the doc.
