Question by : Why would my muscles in my back, shoulders and neck hurt everyday?
Everyday My lower back, neck, and shoulders hurt normally in the evening and I don’t understand why im only 18 years old. I do have bad IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) but I don’t see how this would effect my muscles, also I have been tested for crones twice so I know that cannot be the problem and I don’t know what my other options are. Please help if you can. thanks

do sit over a computer or book most the day? I do for school and I get neck, shoulder and back pain, due to incorrect posture and being slouched over homework.
See if you can go to a registered massage therapist to help work out those muscles or see a physiotherapist to see if they can help loosen them up.

Yes, you can take probiotics daily. When taking an antibiotic it is even MORE important to take probiotic capsules as you need more “good” bacteria to replace what is killed off by the antibiotic.

Probiotics create enzymes, right? So then I don’t need to take them as another supplement, right?
