most foods are not probiotics. People usually do not want to live organisms in food, and usually a bad idea. All foods have enzymes, but most are inactivated by cooking. Enzymes are proteins, the cells can function, each cell and each food is (or was at one time) of cells. You can find information about the content of proteins, enzymes and not – for food, this is a protein that we use, regardless of their initial Funktion.Omega-3 fatty acids: http://www. americanheart.org / presenter.jhtml? id = 4632http: / / www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/questions/omega-3/index.htmlBallaststoffe:http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/fiber/nu00033http: / / www.hsph.harvard. edu / nutrition Source / what-you-can-eat / fiber-full story / Send your answer to this question below!

Question by Anna :D : What are digestive enzymes and probiotics?
If I took them everyday, would they improve my health? Does it matter which brand I buy?

Answer by DIXIE
they are used in colon cleansing… they soften the waste that is clogging your colon up…then you can expel it…it is a current gimmick to jump start weight loss… it really does work… …and you will feel a ton lighter!!!

Yes, it definitely will effect both.
I believe its true that probiotics help create some types of enzymes so the most important thing to get is the probiotics.
Here are a few of my favorite brands that have a little more resistance and staying-power than other brands so they may survive the abuse:
Jarrow EPS capsules
New Chapter All-flora (needs refrig)
Nature’s Way Probifia
Enzymatic Therapy acidophilus pearls
The best selections are usually at your local health food stores.
