I have studied holistic health in school and know how to help an adult with dietary changes, supplements and stress reduction. I’m not sure how to look for info on holistic health for infants. Is is safe to give a baby probiotics?

And then Probiotics/Acidophilus are prohibited in Canada, Melatonin – in Austria, Belgium and Portugal… Does that mean these supplements are not safe?

My breastfed baby son no longer has the time to nurse since he can now crawl, so I had no choice but to put him on formula. How often should I give him formula? I am using nestle goodstart probiotics. About how many ounces does your 8 month old drink, and how often?

In health store person said that acne starts from buidl up of toxins in digestive system. told me to take a colon cleanser and it will cure it.
I know you have to take probiotics also, when would u take those?
