I have noticed that I have been bloated the past week and it has been harder to have a bowel movement. Will this ease up in time by taking these or is this going to be the side effect. Is it safe to also start taking Chlorella if I’m already taking Garden of Life’s Primal Defense Ultra probiotics? Or would just taking the Primal Defense be good enough to help with my digestive issues?
