Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatment

Question by Janet M: What’s the best brand of probiotics (best for helping with IBS)? Or are all probiotics created equal?
I’m currently taking Accuflora brand but haven’t had major results from them so I’m thinking of trying Dr. Ohhira’s probiotics, they’re pretty pricey though and I don’t want to waste my money if they’re not the best. Is there a better brand of probiotics or are all of them pretty much the same?

…i’ve used the jillian michael’s probiotic cleanse system…and the hydroxycut cleanse…both worked amazingly for me!!!

I am looking for a probiotic to maintain healthy vaginal health. I suffer from reoccuring BV. If anyone has any pros and cons to this supplement I would love to know. Also, if anyone knows any other brand probiotics that have worked well… Thanks!
