manufacturing. How or do they stay alive while on the shelf? They never state shelf life. Am I just taking a bunch of dead probiotics that do absolutely nothing?
Also, if I mix a serving of a live probiotic product, from dannon,
with yogart, will more of them grow in the yougart? Yogart is a lot cheaper than the product, so I wondered if I could just buy it once and keep the organizims growin by adding some to new yogart every week.

buy only probiotics from the refrigerated section of the health food store.
if you take the probiotics as directed..the whole bottle…once every 6 months or after a course of antibiotics you will be ok..no need to try to grow in the dannon
