Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatment

We have a doc appointment on Thursday and I plan on asking the doc but I wondered if probiotics would be safe to help my 2.5 month old with his tummy/gas trouble or is he too young? Anyone have any experience with this, if so what did you use? Thanks!
unfortuneatly I’m not breastfeeding My son started teething basically at birth and after a month of trying our best we stopped. I still get upset about it..anyway..

have a 4 weeks old baby that is very gassy and cranky all the time he seems like he is in constant pain i just started using powder probiotics today was wondering if they have worked for anyone any other suggestions??
