Question by gymnasticschica183: How to avoid vomiting on roller coaster.?
Tomorrow I’m going to an amusement park. I quite often experience nausea, but never vomiting. How can I make sure that i don’t vomit on the roller coasters? Just to be on the safe side. Any opinions or advice would help!!
p.s. my nausea is due to Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

What you can do is take a multivitimim 2-3 times a day and there is this juice called LANGERS that has no frutose in it at all.
If you want to avoid it…go to a health food store. The food tastes better and it won’t have those ingredients. That’s the best you can do. Also, organic foods usually do not add those ingredients.

I started a fast for cleasing purposes and by the end of the day I had a massive headache (perhaps migraine) and nausea which were unbearable until I broke the fast and ate – the pain was gone about an hour after I ate. I was drinking Greens (barleans) instead of each meal, and taking garlic, multi-vitamins, chlorofresh, and probiotics (acidolphilus). I was drinking a lot of water. Someone I talked to said I might need to increase salt and potassium intake when drinking so much water. They also said that I may have been trying to do too much detox at once and should do a less exteme fast – like go all natural diet first and then work my way towards fasting.
