Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatment

Question by jasy morria: Does anyone know how to maintan and/or cure IBS?
My little sister has been diagnosed with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and i am extreemly worried about her. I was wondering if there was a way i could help her out with any suggestions on how to treat her condition and sympthomes? She is to young to go threw this without help.
