Irritable Bowel Syndrome Treatment

I just started taking acidophilus for my chronic constipation problem (I was only going to the bathroom every 2-3 days). I now have regular bowel movements every day after a week of taking them, but i have noticed a significant increase in my acne over the past few days. Could this be that my body is just purging all of the toxins that were blocked up through my skin, and is this only temporary? Thanks!

In health store person said that acne starts from buidl up of toxins in digestive system. told me to take a colon cleanser and it will cure it.
I know you have to take probiotics also, when would u take those?
