I don’t know if any official research has been done on this subject, but it makes perfect sense to me that probiotics would help to clear acne. Acne is often the result of toxins building up in the body, and the colon is the place where these toxins very frequently collect. It’s a well-known fact that the health of the colon often governs the health of the whole body. By taking the probiotics, you are helping to balance out the healthy bacteria in your colon, which will in turn help to clear out all of the bad bacteria that can multiply over time in there. Fewer bad bacteria = fewer toxins = better skin!
