Question by sam k: i have irritable bowel syndrome ie i had go to the toilet in morning 3 to 4 times still i feel like going loo
im having this problem since years please suggest some remedy

Okay, have you had a colonoscopy to confirm IBS?
If so, the doctor will most likely have prescribed meds for you.
If not and you are self-diagnosing, you should try adding probiotics to your daily vitamin intake.
They make the world of difference believe me.
Don’t forget to cut out refined and over-processed foods from your diet too.
