chamomile tea, pepermint tea or decaffeinated green tea.

I actually have tried all 3 but i still get no ibs relief. But i read on internet a lot how herbal and decaf teas can help with ibs.

Do you find them helpful and if so what kind do you take? I’m thinking of taking some but haven’t decided on what brand to take and I’m confused between probiotics and antioxidants. Are they different or the same thing? There’s one brand of probiotic I’m thinking of taking but its chewable and not really sure if I like that idea. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks. I hope this made sense.
