I started my three girls on probiotics a couple of weeks ago for general overall health reasons. My one daughter who suffers from ADHD, Bipolar, and PDD has had an incredible benefit form this supplement. She is a different child. She is calm, happy, and has had a wonderful attitude. Has anyone had the same benefit or is it just a total coincidence.

Yes it is highly encouraged. But make sure you space them by a few hours. You don’t want the antibiotic and probiotic in the stomach at the same time. The antibiotic will kill some/all of the probiotic. The antibiotic doesn’t know the difference better good and bad bacteria. If it did you wouldn’t need the probiotic in the first place.

yogurt helps bladder infections because it has good bacteria. that good bacteria eats away the bad bacteria. however if you have a bladder infection, it is always best to drink water to flush it out. also drink cranberry juice as it does work because of its acids. bacteria can’t live in acidic places. you can also try cranberry pills which also work well. probiotics do not cause bladder infections but if you are on some antibiotic, it might work against it. seek advice from your doctor.

Yes, you can take probiotics daily. When taking an antibiotic it is even MORE important to take probiotic capsules as you need more “good” bacteria to replace what is killed off by the antibiotic.
