Question by Sambora152: Anyone suffer from Irritable bowel syndrome?
If so, what are your symptoms and does it have a big impact on your life? I hear some people have really bad diarrhea with it etc and it can be a real struggle to even leave the house. Thank you in advance

I did until I figured out that my trigger food is fried chicken and large meals. Now I just avoid those things and I’m good. I still have occassional problems but I can deal with it. Also, I have a theory… people get diarrhea because something causes the food to move too quickly though the digestion system and so it doesn’t form completely and the quickness causes cramping and such. Eating sugary sweets slows down digestion because it takes the body longer to break down the sugar molecules than it does to break down carbs and proteins. Therefore, if IBS victims were to eat a sugary dessert immediately after their meals, wouldn’t it slow down digestion a bit and prevent the diarrhea? Just a theory.

To eradicate your IBS, you will need to supplement and go on an anti-fungal diet for 2 weeks. Morinda Supreme, Melia Supreme and a specific anti-fungal diet will be your saving grace.
