this complaint is terrible. Get a book or read in health in the network can be controlled main meal. Good luck. It is not life threatening.

I have been suffering from IBS as well. I used to take a prescription called Lomotil. It worked, but made me feel “brain dead” unfortunately. I stopped taking it and as I got older, the symptoms seemed to fade quite a bit. Eating lots of fiber really helped me.
