instead of taking diet pills for losing weight, dieting is safer.

I’m not a professional “and’ i might regret answering this later, But diet pills are a definite no,no, Hell No!
Diet pills are produced in mass production as much as consumers are buying them even in these hard times feeding on a myth and lie’ They are going to lose weight, Yes’ You bet you will, But at the same time you are submitting your body to severe circumstances such as severe dehydration, diarrhea, and rapid weight loss {”Which
eventually malnourish your body to the point of oblivion. Diet pills are taking by people who want to continue putting garbage in their bodies and not exercising or losing weight a healthier, safer way. They are very harmful to your heart and eventually kill you. Read up on it.www.dangersofdietpills.com

there is no such thing as “IBS” mate ……. “IBS” is just another b.s.syndrome they came up with because it was all too hard to figure out ……. IBS is an umbrella term for a collection of unaddressed food and chemical intolerances ……. such as coeliac, lactose intolerance, soy intolerance, intolerance to processed sugar and eggs…… all of which i have the dubious notoriety of having ……. so long as i avoid all those foods my “IBS” is non existant ……. ;0)

so, in short, the answer would be no.

    EDIT

if you are serious about your bounce health and longevity try ditching packaged food and all the nasty processed sugar and other chemicals they use in same to “preserve” it and replace it with loads of fresh leafy green vegies and fresh fresh fruit ……. eat some lean meats and fishes, some organic nuts and seeds like almonds, brazil nuts and sunflower seeds…… replace sliced bread (and all the processed sugar it contains) with brown rice or quinoa and drink loads of fresh filtered water ……. ditch sodas, pop and soft drinks if you drink any and watch the weight just drop off you…….. go slowly though and don’t simply stop all the junk at once or the detox will be too nasty…….. halve your intake each week till you can eliminate junky type foods and drinks completely …….. you’ll be bouncing off the walls with energy too.

    peace baby
