i took zelnorm but diet also has ALOT like eat raisin bran in the morning or if you cna do it grape nuts jsut stuff with alot of fiber really if you do that it helps i dont take the zelnorm anymore i jsut eat rasin bran in the morning and try tro get as much fiber as i can and i eat 2 of these orange things you can buy them at any grocery store but if you dont feel like messing with your diet then yes zelnorm works well it did for me im sure it would depend alot on the person
