Probiotics are good bacteria, beneficial for the digestive tract. You can buy supplements that contain active probiotic cultures at most stores that have a pharmacy. Probiotics are also in certain yogurts, so those might be a better option than to take pills.

I buy mine at Walmart: Spring Valley, “Probiotic Formula” Acidophilius. It has a yellow top. I get a two-pack of 30 caplets in each. It’s perfect and inexpensive. It’s with the vitamins.
