May be irritable bowel syndrome?

question by Cody Loveland : It may be irritable bowel syndrome? While I can remember, I always seemed strange bowel movement. Lately I’ve been very bloated and constipation and even then I’ll push it, I would really fluid, mucoid diarrhea. I know that is not lining well, and I must go to the doctor about it, but it sounds like I may have IBS? best answer:

All of your symptoms could be consistent with IBS, chat to your GP.

sure -avoid all cow’s milk products, drink lotsa water, increase your fiber & probiotics intake, stay away from processed foods, keep a food diary & meet with a GI doctor and nutritionist.
