If your using a probiotic to clear up some bad bacteria or yeast in her stomach then it could take a while before you see any results and it also could cause her to be a bit moody while the bad bacteria/yeast is dying off. It can also cause some diarrhea. What results are you looking for?

She may be irritable but if she's on antibiotics she is sick so she will be grouchy anyway. With probiotics you might notice her getting sick less but that's about it. do you mean antibiotics?
