chamomile tea, pepermint tea or decaffeinated green tea.

I actually have tried all 3 but i still get no ibs relief. But i read on internet a lot how herbal and decaf teas can help with ibs.

first thing is to not add more problems to an already stimulated problem area. the best advise i ever got was to add ACIDOPHILUS ,to your daily routine. usually only take 1 or two a day. when your not so healthy, try to add more or less. get the one that has 2 billion per dosage or more. it’s VERY natural flora and helps with the water in the bowel. babys even take it.
and it works great if your lactose intolerant too.

Peppermint is highly recommended for IBS but as with most things regular use has the most affect. I also agree with the other poster about taking friendly bacteria. You can buy a powdered form of Lactobacillus acidophilus from most health food stores. I take it regularly for another medical condition that affects my digestion.
