Does anybody with Irritable Bowel Syndrome have problems associated with an irritable throat?

Sorry, but those are two completely different conditions. Your irritable throat is most likely caused by post nasal drip. See your doctor about sinus medications.

U may consult a reputed and experienced homoeopath locally for curing both of ur problems.
throat, eusophagus, stomach,bowels, rectum are parts of digestive system.

I agree that they are two separate conditions. But without knowing the nature of your throat pain, it would be hard to pinpoint the cause. Some guesses in addition to post-nasal drip: it could be strep throat or some other infection, acid reflux, or small cuts in your throat from swallowing potato chips (or insert your own rough food here) that have not been properly chewed.
If your throat pain has lasted more than a few days, please go see a doctor.
