Can you give me brand name examples of foods that have probiotics in them. I know some yogurts do now, but I was wondering if anything else did?

The best and most effective way to get probiotics is in capsule form from the health food store. Vegan source is the best.
I’ve been taking 2 capsules a day for years with no ill affects.
In fact, I’ve had no need to see my MD for over 2 years, except for a scheduled check up.

Up here in Canada we have several products including milk, cheese, yougart, margarines and even bread with the cultures added, it is a way of the stomach and system to absorb these benefical bacterias to help with digestion and the inner health of the organs, soon there will be more as time goe on, the tablet way the one person said is fine, but only if you do not eat dairy other product with it or your diet lack certain minerals and fiber to work regularly.
I am a former chef and diabetic, and use those product to aid in my food digestion and it helps lower my blood sugar levels, the food break down faster and dp not absorb the glycerides into my system as much.

Mostly just yogurts, although there are companies experimenting with cheeses and other dairy products. It is important to note , the concept sounds good in theory……however nothing has been proven except for some of the negative effects of probiotics.
