I am already eating yogurt and taking a probiotic supplement. Was just wondering if there are other good sources of probiotics out there?
Also, I want to try making my own kimchi. I’m not sure where to buy napa cabbage, though. Can I possibly get it at a regular grocery store?

    frozen yogurt, kefir (also dairy), other cultured dairy products, fermented cabbage, Attune chocolate and granola bars, Kashi vibe probiotic digestive cereal
