I dont know. Is there a such thing as taking too many probiotics? And if you mix different brands is that harmful to your system?

    I don’t think so….Yogurt has probiotics in it, So it cant hurt you if you happen to like dannon and yoplait

    I doubt it would be harmful, but I also doubt that it would be useful. Most likely, you’d just spend a lot more money than you need to.

    According to John Taylor, ND, author of The Wonder of Probiotics, it is best to take at least five stable species of beneficial bacteria. His book outlines very easy treatment plans for different conditions, plus just a maintenance program to keep your system in balance. Mixing different brands is not harmful. The important thing to remember is to choose brands and species that have been stabilized (capsules and tablets ae moe stable than powders and liquids), to store them properly, and to use them by their expiration date.
