Yeah. Thats also why things in the freezer don’t stay good indefinately. Bacteria have to get realllllllllly cold to die from it. They still reproduce like normal, but they do it realllllly slow. So thats why they call refridgerators and freezers bacteriostatic (keeping the bacteria from multiplying so quickly) mechanisms and not bacteriacidal (auctually killing them).
So on a side note, clean out your freezer and don’t eat that chicken from two years ago…
