Acidophilus would be best until 8 months or so, and then plain yogurt. YoBaby’s fruit yogurts contain added sugars on top of natural milk sugars, so they aren’t the best choice for an infant, despite the name. Yeast thrives on sugar, so any extra isn’t smart! They do make a plain version with no added sugar, but for a much better price you can get a larger container of plain whole milk yogurt.
