    Probiotics are legit. After you take antibiotics it kills all the bacteria, good and bad, so probiotics help replace the good bacteria to help your digestive system go back to normal. Antioxidants, i think are a big load of crap.

    Yes they are, by and large.
    Probiotics DO work, however, you would need to drink about 5 litres a day to make any real difference! The amount of probiotic material that a person can comfortably consume on a daily basis will make no measurable difference to health.
    Antioxidants do have some benefits by making a very limited reduction to the chances of contracting certain cancers. However, the idea that taking tocopherols/Vitamin E to prevent signs of aging (or using it in face creams), is, unfortunately, pure hype.
