First thing in the morning with a glass of water. Your PH is at it’s best at that time, and the probiotic is better used by your body.

    I never researched this but a few of my colleagues went to a nutrition doc and they take them at least one hour after their last meal (before bed).

    I use all natural Optiflora which is a two product system – one being a probiotic and one a prebiotic. The Prebiotic is actually a food source for the probiotic which helps it to work even more effectively. It is recommended that Optiflora be taken on an empty stomach for optimal benefits. I take it first thing in the morning.
