Yes, you can take probiotics daily. When taking an antibiotic it is even MORE important to take probiotic capsules as you need more “good” bacteria to replace what is killed off by the antibiotic.

Yes, you can safely take probiotics every day for the rest of your life. They are the beneficial bacteria that live in your intestinal tract already, so keeping a steady supply of them coming in will help guarantee that you will maintain a healthy digestion in that aspect. Taking them only once in a while can help keep some of them in there, but then you’ll have issues with regularity once in a while, too… personally, I prefer to avoid the regularity issues, so I’ve been taking mine daily for a few years (since I first came across them).
There’s never a time where you’ll specifically “need” to stop, but some people do choose to stop them when taking an antibiotic because the antibiotic kills most of the probiotics anyway, so it’s almost pointless during that time and may take some of the effectiveness from the probiotic. For those people that choose to do that, it’s best to get back on the probiotics as soon as the antibiotic regimen is finished to replenish them as fast as possible. That would be the only real exception to taking them daily.
Good luck and I hope I helped!

Yogurt is a pro biotic and you can have yogurts every day. If you are taking a tablet as a pro biotic I cannot think how this will harm you. Pro biotic are vital when you take antibiotics. Antibiotics can have awful side effects and pro biotics prevent the side effects.
