less bloating, more regular BM’s- thanks! would like to hear from people who are actually taking them

    I tried that probiotic Dannon yogurt last year when I had symptoms that you described up above… i couldnt figure out what was going on with my stomache/digestive system.
    anyway, i never did see results.
    I cut out diary out of my diet completely, and only then did my symptoms go away (although it still comes back now and then when I have too much cheese).
    so, I would suggest that if you see no results in a couple of weeks, then try cutting out dairy completely, because you may be lactose intolerant now… it can happen anytime in your life without any reason..
    Keep a food log to see what you eat and when, and compare it to when you have the bloating/irregular bms. you may find out its more than one kind of food.

    Actually I just started drinking yakult containing Lactobacillus bacteria and amazingly my stomach ulcer did hurt and I think it is healed. Also, my digestion got better, less air in my tummy and I really feel great!! I am really amazed because before, I really don’t believe much on these things…
