    the probiotic will be safe but ineffective. best to get a fresh bottle. best to get the refrigerated live type. they are very beneficial. keep your flora balanced. if taking antibacterial like olive leaf extract or gse then take the probiotic 2 hours away.

    It’s ok, yes. It probably won’t have any effect at all, because the beneficial bacteria have died, but it won’t hurt anything.

    NO! Coz, it’s a bottle of useless junk already. The bacteria would have died. Probiotics have live microorganisms in it that’s why its shelf-life is very short. You can take it as long as it is sure that they are still alive!
